Our mission is to provide a new, income-qualified housing option that is upscale, modern and hosts state-of-the-art technology. BridgeWater Assisted Living communities were developed using the federal tax-credit program to allow Arizona’s seniors another senior living option.

Reaching out to income qualified older adults and their families helps us educate more people on the financial benefits and resources available to them that could help them become a cherished member of a BridgeWater Assisted Living community. Our tax credit funding gives us the flexibility to provide reduced rents to our income qualified residents.

Technology and science allows our residents to experience better health and safety outcomes and live a better quality of life. This proactive technology is most noteworthy for the peace of mind it provides to residents and their loved ones.

Our residents enjoy living in our beautiful and modern communities. We provide the services our residents want and need. Our residents are free to spend their time on the activities they find the most interesting.

Every older adult deserves a great retirement. We support our residents’ desire to live the way they want to live and their right to make their own choices. Our community management teams provide caring, compassionate customer service.

BridgeWater Senior Living is a beautiful place to call home. Our independent living options provide retirees with the chance to focus on the things that matter the most. Just kick back, relax and enjoy resort-style living in a safe, secure community environment.

We’ll take care of the yard work, maintenance and housekeeping while you take a trip to visit grandchildren, family, or a cherished friend. It’s all a matter of personal choice – seize the day by hitting the links to play some golf, attend a class, or volunteer at the local hospital.

You can drive where you need to go, or we’ll be happy to schedule transportation for you. We offer regularly scheduled trips to medical appointments, outings to shopping and restaurants at no additional charge.

You can cook your own meals and dine in your apartment, or take time off to enjoy a chef-prepared meal with friends or family in the community restaurant. Personal finances and budgeting will be much easier too, as you’ll have the convenience of one monthly statement.

At BridgeWater Assisted Living, we believe our residents want to make their own decisions about the care and services they need and want. Need a helping hand? We’ll be there to provide compassionate care in a comfortable and respectful manner. You’re in charge.

Our care teams partner with you, your family, and your advocates to develop a personalized care plan that will allow you to be as active, engaged and independent as you want to be.

Enjoy all of the spacious common areas and meet some new friends – you’re always welcome to join in activities and events. You’re also free to spend as much time inside or outside of your apartment as you choose. YOU make your own decisions about how you want to spend your time and how you want to live your life.

Caring for a loved one affected by Alzheimer’s disease or other types of dementia can create moments of anxiety and at times a deep sense of helplessness. We understand the many challenges older adults and their families face when a loved one is experiencing a significant cognitive decline.

We believe there is a better way to care for seniors who are experiencing memory loss.
Equilibrium® is our exclusive science-based memory care program that’s designed to create positive health and wellness outcomes. Equilibrium provides our care team the ability to take a proactive approach toward supporting our residents who are experiencing cognitive decline.

Our experienced and compassionate Equilibrium activities program directors take a proactive approach with residents who are experiencing some cognitive decline. Using a combination of art, music, mindfulness, and cognitive therapies, we help keep minds engaged, bodies active, and spirits high so residents remain as healthy, happy, and safe as possible. We provide real-time feedback to residents and their families on how our Equilibrium activities approach results in positive health and wellness outcomes for its participants.

Equilibrium stimulates the brain and measures how each resident is feeling daily, so therapies and activities can be continually adjusted to achieve maximum functioning and satisfaction. Our caring team of professionals receive special training in the Equilibrium program so that they are able to understand and meet the needs of our residents, while keeping them engaged in life.
